It's been awhile. Here's one of the very first quilts I made, thanks to instructions from SIL Carol. She's a great teacher, always patiently answering questions and giving good advice. Hopefully my piecing skills have improved as the early quilts have me wondering about my sewing abilities. This quilt was made with JAF cottons and backed with flannel. It needed a few repairs so I brought it home to fix it and take pics at the same time. It's been in use for 8 years, the fabrics have faded, but fun to see that it is loved.
I don't remember ever seeing this one. It turned out great! It's always fun to see that they're well loved.
